Redline is proud to have partnered with MyMagicHealer to develop a state-of-the-art tenant improvement in a new industrial building. Working closely with the client and project team, Redline helped transform the space into a sophisticated production facility designed to support the manufacturing of proprietary skin care products. From early planning through completion, we focused on creating a facility that met the client’s operational needs while providing a high-quality, efficient, and adaptable environment for future growth.

The completed facility brings together a comprehensive range of functions under one roof, including GMP-standard and FDA-compliant production areas, product development, quality control, packaging and labelling, and direct distribution. Supporting spaces include receiving, warehousing and shipping, operations offices, administration and meeting rooms, and staff amenities. The result is an integrated workplace that connects production, quality, logistics, and administration in a purpose-built environment tailored to the client’s unique requirements.

Redline’s involvement extended well beyond traditional construction management. Our team provided preconstruction consultation, helped select the design team, contributed design input and CADD drafting, and served as a key liaison with municipal authorities and the landlord. Throughout construction, we provided technical support for specialized facility components, managed acquisition activities, selected and oversaw the trades, and maintained careful cost control. This hands-on, collaborative approach helped the project team navigate the facility's technical and logistical demands while keeping the project moving toward successful completion.
