The site was an empty lot, and all architecture of the plaza was chosen to reflect the design by Tim Horton’s. The building is Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) walls, which results in high energy efficiency. Capri Insurance, Roger’s, and the property were completed after Tim Horton’s.
Constraints:
- Tim Horton’s mandates a tight construction timeline of 90 days from Building permit to opening, project was completed in 87 days.
