This project involved the construction of a new 5,100 sq ft. auto repair shop in Kelowna following the loss of the original building to a fire. The new facility features a precast concrete and structural steel shell with TPO roofing, four overhead doors, wood-framed interior upper floor and mezzanine areas, sales and office spaces, exterior slabs on grade, and fully landscaped surroundings. The project also required efficient site planning to maximize the lot space and comply with all municipal and building code requirements. Redline Contracting provided pre-construction, building permit support, design services, procurement, and full construction management, delivering the project on time and on budget.
