Redline received an A+ from Tim Horton’s Architect team as expectations were met or exceeded at every stage of construction for all materials and finishes. The detail of requirements was extensive and Redline executed through the entire project.
Constraints
- Tim Horton’s tight 90-day completion requirement made for a very active site. It was completed in 88 days.
- Small buildable area, on the corner of an active grocery store parking lot.
